I just spent the weekend in San Francisco with my bestest friend in the whole wide world. It was exceptionally nice weather for SF which was nice. Got to see the best friend's digs and ghetto fab roomy. Shopped in downtown, ate at Squat and Gobble, rode the fancy shmancy elevators (overlooking the city) up and down twice, and basically just had a gay ol time up in San Fran. I was sad to come home, although the weather here is better and I missed my own roommies. It was a great weekend though!

On a totally different note- we have the five cutest kittens in the world at my house right now. They're five weeks old and so adorable!! Dusty, Cody, Misty, Mindy, and Sasha! When I was leaving I picked my clothes up off the top of my clothes hamper and started to pick it up only to find that Stripe wanted to come back to the dorms with me! I'm still not quite sure how she managed to get back in there, but sadly I had to leave her at home. I'm in a really great mood right now though :)

I may have said something about this before, but I would just like to reinstate how much the new teenage mutant ninja turtles sucks. Their voices don't sound as good and I remember April being way cooler!

Fashion update: Do not wear a pink blanket as a shirt. A blanket is not a shirt... it is ugly.

Another interesting outfit I spotted today included a cool Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles shirt! on a guy who was also wearing a bright green headband. It was... interesting :)

Well today was opening day of baseball season. The Padres are off to a good start, they won today against the hated Dodgers 8-2. Nevin hit a grand slam; it was a great fifth inning. They wore new uniforms... a kind of sandy goldy ugly color, which is a change from the usual grey, but I don't know if I like them. Anywho, they play the dodgers again tomorrow at 7:10 and I'm soooo excited. Channel 4 for those of you in SD.

Sadly, the Giants also won today. Barry Bonds homered. It's okay though, cuz the Padres are gonna win the west! At least they're supposed to. I guess we shall see. I get to spend half of my time watching baseball until September now though, hooray!!!

I have been incredibly tired lately! I took two naps yesterday: one for two hours, and the other for three. It's not 1:30 and I've been wanted to sleep since about 9:30. So I guess I'll go to bed. We've got a softball game tomorrow against the shirtless guys. I'm pretty sure they're gonna kick our butts. While Jenna and EJ go tanning, Jon, David, and I are gonna practice for the game, cuz last week I didn't do too awesome. It's gonna be fun! I miss softball. I dont think we're gonna jump in the pool after the game this week, seeing as how it's been drizzling tonight. Wish Tappa Kega luck!!!

I am definitely addicted to pita chips now. They are lemon and herb flavored and taste even better with cream cheese! I can't seem to stop eating them, even though we're going to the dining room in an hour for what looks like a good night (mashed potatoes and a pasta bar, yum). The pita chips are calling me though...
