Getting ready to leave on vacation makes me realize how much I love my days of doing nothing and late nights sitting at my computer talking to my wonderful friends. I know I'll have so much fun on vacation, but I'm gonna miss being here and just being able to call up someone and hang out. Needless to say I'm sure I'll still have some good late night conversations (while doing sit-ups) and tons of fun hanging out with two of my best friends. I like the little things like sleeping in til 1 in the afternoon and not leaving the house til 9 that night. I can't believe this is our last summer before we all go off to college, and are "on our own" (more or less). I don't want to give up my lazy summer days.

Grad night was probably the most fun I've had in my entire life. There was so much fun stuff to do and I hung out with so many different people. I think the slide was the best part. I only went on it about 10 times and Shao and I were the last ones who got to go on it! The obstacle course was really cool too. If Lindsey and I had laughed any harder I'm fairly sure we would have died. And I got a massage which was so nice, but when I got up afterwards, someone had taken my camera with all my cool pictures of it, that was definitely the low point of the night. DDR was fun, even if I do suck, and the bull, and dancing, and slot car racing, and and.... it was all so awesome, I wanna do it again! Not tonight though, I'm waaaaay too tired.

AND my mom signed up for this foster care for kitties thing. And so a week from Saturday Megan (who used to post on this site, hmmm.... getting sidetracked) and I are going to a class to learn how to take care of baby kitties. After that we're gonna have tons of kitties in the house. Awww.... kitties....

All of a sudden, I'm really excited about college. Sure I'm not going to one of the best colleges in the world, but I'm sure it'll be fun and I get to harass.... I mean spend time with one of my bestest friends! Dave's gonna get so annoyed with me... And if you're going to a UC you have to come visit me like everyday of September until you go to college. I dunno why I'm so excited, it's still 3 months away. Ooo, did I mention I got a single =D

Wow, I just spent about an hour looking at the yearbook... mostly the senior ads with Laura. It's so weird that we don't know a bunch of people after being at this school for 4 years. I'm getting really sad about leaving now. Thursday night was the softball banquet and at the end I started crying. I don't know why, but I guess it finally hit me that this is the end. Of course there will be lots of new fun things to come, it's still kinda a shock.
